HRH Prince Vladimir visited Belgrade on the 10th and 11th of November, 2017. On this occasion, Prince Vladimir held a series of meetings in his cabinet as well as a lecture on the historical phenomenon of Yugoslavia. One of the important meetings was with Father Predrag Popovic, head priest of the church in Radovanjski lug and director of the memorial complex and museum of Vožd Karadjordje. HRH Prince Vladimir is the patron of this complex and museum. On the 11th, HRH participated in Belgrade strategic dialogue’s event on the historical phenomenon of Yugoslavia. He gave a short lecture which was very well received and participated in the discussion on this subject.

On the 13th of September in the office of the Cabinet of Prince Vladimir and Soveregn Military Order of the Dragon the patronage of Prince Vladimir over the memorial complex Radovanjski Lug was officially handed to Father Predrag Popović, the head priest of the Church of St Arhangel Gavrilo and the director of the complex. The memorial complex Radovanjski Lug consists of the Church of St Arhangel Gavrilo and the museum of Vožd Karadjordje Petrović and represents an important center of Serbian tradition and spiritual identity. The patronage of HRH Prince Vladimir was handed to Father Popović by Mr Dejan Damnjanović, the chief of the cabinet of Prince Vladimir and the Grand Commander of the Order of the Dragon.
Meeting with ROVS, September, 2017.
After the memorial service for General Pjotr Vrangel in the Russian Holy Trinity Church in Belgrade, was organized a meeting between the members of ROVS which officially attended the ceremony on behalf of their organization and the representatives of the Sovereign Military Order of the Dragon and the Cabinet of HRH Prince Vladimir Karadjordjevic. General Vrangel has founded the Russian All-Military Union (Русский Обще-Воинский Союз) in Belgrade in 1924. with the main purpose of preservation of the structure of Russian Imperial Army in diaspora. The meeting which took place in our office defined the strategy for the future cooperation between our organizations, first of all about the projects of aid to the Serbian population in Kosovo and Metohija.
A visit to Kosovo, June, 2017.
On the 11th and 12th of June, the representatives of the Order and the cabinet of Prince Vladimir have visited Kosovo.
On the first day, they have visited Banjska monastery in the north of the province. On a meeting with father Danilo, the abbot of the monastery, was elaborated the plan for the aid to the monastery, first of all related to the construction works on the monastery buildings. On that occasion was donated a financial aid on behalf of the Order and the cabinet.
The same day was organized a meeting with the representatives of Serbs from Kosovska Mitrovica. The meeting was mainly about the danger of Albanian attack on the northern, Serbian part of the city and about the optional reactions. The next day was organized a visit to Visoki Dečani monastery and a meeting with the brotherhood. Several plans were defined for organizing aid distribution to the Serbian enclaves surrounding the monastery and a financial aid was donated to the brotherhood.

HRH Prince Vladimir Karadjordjevic and HRH Princess Brigitta visited Serbia from the 9th to the 12th of June. Prince Vladimir visited his cabinet in Belgrade and held a series of meetings there.
On the 10th of June, the cabinet in ccoperation with Sovereign Military Order of the Dragon organized Prince Vladimir’s visit to Oplenac where HRH payed respect to his parents and ancestors and had meetings with several associations which support HRH Prince Vladimir.
During these meetings were precisely defined the tactical options for intensifying Prince Vladimir’s presence in Serbia as well as the methodology of humanitarian aid to Serbs and monasteries in Kosovo.
